On August 14, 2023, the Insurance Payments Guarantee Fund turned 20 years old!

During the existence, participating in the settlement of the insolvency of insurance companies, the Fund has made payments to creditors in the amount of more than 1.13B tenge, thereby contributing to the stability of the insurance market and increasing public confidence in insurance.

As a part of its additional function: ensuring payments to victims of a traffic accident, the perpetrator of which fled the scene, the Fund has made payments in excess of 250M tenge throughout its existence.

Having overcome the 20-year milestone, the Fund continues to improve the system of guaranteeing insurance payments, including applying the best international trends and recommendations in this area so that the Fund's work contributes to the full stability of the domestic insurance market.
