Regarding Changes to the Composition of the Board of Directors of JSC “Insurance Payment Guarantee Fund”

JSC “Insurance Payment Guarantee Fund” (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), located at 28/7 Ryskulbekov Street, Almaty, 28/7 Ryskulbekov Street, Almaty, hereby notifies its shareholders of the termination of Olzhas Malikuly Ashkeev’s powers as Chairman of the Management Board and member of the Management Board of the Fund due to his transition to another position, effective September 24, 2026, in accordance with the  resolution of the Fund’s Board of Directors dated September 24, 2026.
